As a family-owned business led by Michael and Glenn Sisco, we take pride in maintaining a strong foundation of integrity, quality, and customer satisfaction. MANAGING PARTNER
Michael Sisco
As Managing Partner of Sisco Construction Inc. since 2020, Michael brings 15 years of expertise in the commercial construction industry. A second-generation builder, Michael was immersed in construction from an early age, learning the ins and outs of the trade firsthand. His deep understanding of the business has allowed him to oversee a diverse portfolio of projects, delivering high-quality results for clients year after year.
With a Bachelor’s degree from Franklin & Marshall College, Michael combines academic knowledge with practical experience, managing complex projects with efficiency and attention to detail. Outside of work, he is dedicated to maintaining an active lifestyle, focusing on fitness, improving his golf game and spending time with his wife, Melissa and their two rescue dogs, Rosco & Whiskey.

Glenn Sisco
With over four decades of experience in the construction industry, Glenn Sisco is the founder and partner of Sisco Construction Inc., a company he established in 1987. Drawing on years of work with various builders and developers, Glenn set out to create a business built on quality, integrity, and a commitment to excellence. Throughout his career, he has forged strong partnerships with business owners, landlords, and homebuilders, providing reliable expertise and delivering outstanding results across a wide range of construction projects.
Glenn’s in-depth knowledge of all facets of the industry ensures that each project is approached with precision and a deep understanding of client needs. His hands-on experience and dedication to craftsmanship have made him a trusted leader in the field.
Beyond his professional accomplishments, Glenn is an avid golfer and a proud gardener, known for cultivating one of the best gardens in his neighborhood.

I'm a multitasking maestro, reigning as the Office Administrator at Sisco Construction, Inc. since 2017. With a background in shaping young minds as an elementary school teacher, I bring a unique blend of patience and precision to every task. Beyond my professional life, I find solace in the harmonies of music, the creativity of fashion, and the beauty of art. When I'm not immersed in spreadsheets and schedules, you can find me kneading dough and perfecting my sourdough bread recipe – a therapeutic escape that never fails to yield delicious results. And speaking of creations that bring joy, let me introduce you to Fushi, my adorable Shih Tzu, who never fails to put a smile on my face. With dedication as strong as my sourdough starter and a knack for bringing harmony to any environment, I'm here to elevate your office experience one organized detail at a time.
